By purchasing our services you choose to agree and abide by the following terms and conditions of sale. 

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible


With respect to the Data Protection Act 1998 the Customer and their respective Customer Records will no be passed to third parties. Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Customers's have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Customer Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Customers are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Customers with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Fix My Headphones will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.


Exclusions and Limitations The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law,  
Fix My Headphones: 
excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. 
The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected. 


PayPal, Postal Order, or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Payment is required in full within 14 days of the completion of service work. Some of these methods carry transfer fee's which Fix My Headphones is not accountable for. All goods remain the property of Fix My Headphones until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will be cancelled and any future attempts to purchase by the customer, will be blocked unless under agreed circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse a payment method. If a payment method is refused then either an alternative method will be arranged, or the purchase will be cancelled, and the payment returned. we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement at any time. For third party payment purchases ie PayPal any disputes which arise via this or any other third party payment method will be handled by the third party. Third party payment methods are simply a payment gateway which Fix My Headphones uses for the purchase of services. Once a dispute has been opened, all warranty on the service is void and the customers account will be removed and transferred to the third party for resolution, once a third party has concluded an issue the customers account is deleted permanently from Fix My Headphones and any future attempts to use our services will be blocked or refused.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email,  or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a charge of up to the value of your purchase. This will only be done if we were required to order parts for the service and the parts have been pre-ordered for the services purchased upon checkout, or we have performed a full diagnosis. If this is the case then the Customer will be responsible for paying the diagnosis fee and also the return postage. There are no other charges for cancelling our services within the 24 hour period. If the customer wishes to cancel anytime after the 24 hour period then if agreed by Fix My Headphones we will issue a credit voucher to the amount of the service the customer had purchased. This credit voucher can only be used once and by the customer who made the original purchase only. The credit voucher does not expire and can be used anytime at Fix My Headphones only. We do not offer cash or any type of refunds via method of reversal. Any breach of the cancellation policy results in a permanent account and ip ban from Fix My Headphones. We will also cancel your right for a credit voucher. Fix My Headphones reserves the right to cancel any repair work which is deemed to be either too expensive or beyond repair cababilities after diagnosis, in this instance items will be returned to the customer via standard post Free Of Charge and a diagnosis fee will not be charged on these occasions, this is at Fix My Headphones discretion. If we receive no response from a customer within 90 days then the goods are returned via standard post and the customer is charged for a diagnosis and postal costs.

Termination Of Agreements & Refunds Policy

Both the Customer and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded in the form of a credit voucher which can be used at Fix My Headphones only. Please see our cancellation policy above for extensive information on this. Fix My Headphones reserves the right to terminate a agreement where work which is deemed to be either too expensive or beyond repair capabilities at any time, in this instance items will be returned to the customer via standard post Free Of Charge.


Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Fix My Headphones. Fix My Headphones does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Liability & Insurance

You as the customer should make your own arrangements to insure your headphones at all times whilst they are not with you. When you ship your headphones to Fix My Headphones for repair or modification it is entirely at your risk and cost. Fix My Headphones will endeavour to repair all headphones to the best of our ability. Shipping headphones back to you is again at your risk and cost. Fix My Headphones reserves the right to refuse repair work if deemed too expensive or is considered to be beyond our repair capabilities. Items which arrive at Fix My Headphones which require more work than stated will either be returned or charged to the customers if discussed prior. If the repair work exceeds the cost of the item, unless modifications are required the item will also be returned. Fix My Headphones shall not be held responsible or liable for damages or costs incurred during repairs or before repairs are untaken. All items which arrive at Fix My Headphones undergo a full diagnosis before any work is undertaken. It is at this diagnosis stage where Fix My Headphones decides whether to recommend a service to a customer or return the item to the customer deeming it beyond our repair cababilites or a service which we do not provide for the work to be undertaken, in instances such as these under no circumstances will they proceed beyond the diagnosis stage and repairs will not be attempted by Fix My Headphones. Fix My Headphones will not be held responsible for your items while in transit. By this we refer to postal services, couriers or personal transport. Fix My Headphones will also not be held liable or responsible for any repairs the customer has attempted or any other Business has attempted to repair prior to the arrival at Fix My Headphones. All items at Fix My Headphones are not insured as previously stated this is the customers responsibility and Fix My Headphones cannot be held liable for customers items, or held responsible for in any way courier service damages.


Diagnosis and Services

We perform a diagnosis on every set of headphones and earphones which arrive at Fix My Headphones. It is upon this stage where we determine the work involved and estimate the cost of repair. The cost may change according to other issues which may arise along the way. The diagnosis stage may require us to completely dismantle equipment to find the probably cause/causes, if the work is deemed to be too expensive to repair for the customer we will advise against the work and in such circumstances will proceed no further (see Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy) unless required to do so by the customer. Once the diagnosis stage is completed we proceed no further unless agreed by the customer on the service or services advised. If the customer chooses not to proceed any further then all parts will be returned to the customer as they are. If the customer requires re-assembly of the parts then this will come at an extra cost to the customer which is at our discretion, in most cases this will be at the same charge as another diagnosis service as this is deemed as further work for us to endevour and is timely. Fix My Headphones may advise on other services along the way which in most cases are essential for the future operation of your headphones. This will be agreed by the customer before this takes place. Once other services have been agreed (if any) by the customer then the service will be added to their total invoice. Work cannot be reversed once it has commenced, any work which is required to be reversed will be of extra charge and will also appear on the final invoice. Any service which has commenced and then cancelled will also be charged. In all cases of the diagnosis, the diagnosis is chargeable at the price on the website at the time of purchase or as agreed as well as any other agreed services.



Fix My Headphones warranty covers repair only which has been undertaken by Fix My Headphones only. Our warranty is for a 90 day period unless discussed with the customer and agreed prior or after repair work has been completed. Warranty does not cover speaker drivers or circuit boards. If replacement speakers or circuit boards are required Fix My Headphones will fit a suitable alternative if available at an extra charge (not related to warranty) insurance should be undertaken before repair work is undertaken if this is a concern and expensive parts are involved. See insurance and liability. Fix My Headphones does not repair speakers or circuit boards, we only replace them. Warranty is at discretion of Fix My Headphones.Warranty does not cover mishandling or deliberate noticeable damages. Warranty cannot be extended after services have been completed. Our warranty has a 7 day grace period which starts on the day of repair completion. If any issues arise within this period postal costs will be covered by Fix My Headphones.

Notification of Changes

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and Fix My Headphones. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
